Online Help in Troubled Times
Some time ago I updated my little 8 minute meditation for stress. It is designed to help a person get a little mental distance from troubling thoughts, worries and anxieties; and reconnect with their inner ground of good.
It sounds simple, but there is magic in it for the person who really wants to know the meaning of life and the purpose for their existence. It also works for the person who sees that they are angry and impatient, and does not want to be so, but has tried everything.
